Here are the starting QB's in the big 12 let's see where Jake ranks
All QB's with a better than a 2 to 1 TD to Int ratio have winning records except for one anomaly...
Leavitt - ASU - 4.8 TDs to 1 Int ratio
Robertson - Bay - 3.71 to 1 ratio
Shedeur - CU - 3.70 to 1 ratio
Morton - TTU - 3.38 to 1 ratio
Becht - ISU - 2.78 to 1 ratio
Sorsby - Cin - 2.57 to 1 ratio - Anomaly - Cin had losing record
Johnson - KSU - 2.50 to 1 ratio
Hoover - TCU - 2.45 to 1 ratio
QB's under 2:1 TD:Int ratio are all teams with losing records except for one anomaly...
Retzlaff - BYU - 1.67 to 1 ratio - Anomaly - BYU had a winning record
Fifita - UA - 1.50 to 1 ratio
Bowman - oSu - 1.33 to 1 ratio
Greene - WVU - 1.25 to 1 ratio
Daniels - KU - 1.17 to 1 ratio
Wilson - Utah - 0.91 to 1 ratio
Chriss - Hou - 0.50 to 1 ratio
These lower end B12 QBs aren't great company to be associated with...
And here are some of the national leaders to compare against:
Madsen - Boise - 7.33 TDs to 1 Int ratio
Klubnik - Clem - 6 to 1 ratio
Rourke - IU - 5.8 to 1 ratio
Cam Ward - Mia - 5.57 to 1 ratio
Gabriel - Ore - 4.67 to 1 ratio
Dart - Miss - 4.17 to 1 ratio
Iamaleava - Tenn - 3.8 to 1 ratio
I love Retzlaff's grit and determination, but currently he is nothing more than an average, game managing QB that makes way too many crucial mistakes (didn't even talk about his 7 fumbles either)... he has been regressing the last third of the season and appears to have plateaued after the UCF game.
Also of note, three Mormons are listed on this national list above and one more on the B12 list that arent playing for BYU...
