He certainly has his limitations. But so unfair to only mention that after what
he did for this team.
Dude was clutch. A true leader. Worked on improving his own play, played within the system, and believed BYU was going to win every single time. Clearly an emotional leader. The Utah and Oklahoma State games are losses without his end of game moxie.
Not every year you get a potential NFL talent at QB. We have been spoiled. Jake being such a gamer makes him a really good QB at the college level. Plays well above the arm talent he has.

That’s a fair point, but you are looking at all those QBs as seniors or who had multiple seasons as a starter.
