Look at all the people who have coached football professionally

at any level and tell me Sitake isn't top five percent. Anyone who makes it to being a head coach of an FCS team is almost certainly a top five percent coach, if not a top one percent coach.

Sitake, before going to the Big 12 last year had a nearly identical record as Lavell Edwards through his first seven years. Let's give him a year or two to adjust to the Big 12.
