you're analogy falls apart right there... because you are incapable of knowing
what you are espousing to know (namely that someone/something is incapable).
For example, if that 5'0 90lb girl firefighter was hauling a hose around and you jumped to the conclusion she couldn't — you are assuming that she hasn't been tested and trained like the others. You MAY be right, but it's more likely that your judgment is incorrect, because there are requirements built-in and additional requirements in the relationships within the team that more likely would have ousted that person if they were incapable.
