Sports is like art. It's easy to spot a bad job. It's hard to know why it's

Bad. Its harder still knowing how to fix it. And it's extremely difficult to fix.

It's okay for fans to say it's bad. The next questionn is can the coaching staff fix it. That's something that takes more expertise and I'm glad we have Tom making that decision.
