Not everyone loved Lavell… but lavell also had significantly more skill in

Organization and running a program. There is no question about that. You tend to stick with sinking ships maybe because you are scared of change🤷‍♂️ you stuck with Crowton until the bitter end, also Bronco when it was obviously time for a change. The majority of successful coaches are not universally well liked by every player on their teams.
