And you notice all the things wrong with it. I probably could not do most of the things myself, I may not even know how to do it, but I can tell you what is and what is not working. I can also deduce where certain things have gone wrong like improper oversight, lack of accountability, cutting corners, etc.

After 7 years of observation, some things are glaringly obvious to fans. Humility is always good to remember. I agree. But just because someone hasn’t played or coached doesn’t mean they are clueless or can’t glean from other experience of what may be wrong.
