I agree with your continuation of my analogy.
BUT just because you recognize an issue, it doesn't mean you should go speak bad of the builder, and it doesn't mean the builder won't correct the mistakes...

You likely wouldn't tear down the whole house and have another builder re-build it just because of mistakes. I recognize that some people feel like enough time has been given to fix those mistakes, but this change to the BigXII is a big one, and I believe we are headed in a good direction even with the issues.

Our recruiting is improving, some of the issues are trying to be resolved, and funding is now there to pay for more qualified coaches — which was a problem before.

I prefer to the give the man more of a chance than tear down the house and start all over with an unknown. "The grass isn't always greener on the other side"

We have a man at the helm who loves the institution, loves the work, the players etc. He has studied at the feet of great coaches, I hope he can pull it all together. In the mean time, I hope we can control ourselves and not let negativity breed into a destructive force.
