Not buying it. Today's young people have it worse than anyone in history.
people 50, 75, 100 years ago had it soooo easy. In 1924, you could buy a house for like $200. Old people have no clue how hard life can be. They didn't have to deal with social media like I do. Sheesh. I can get a text in the middle of the night from my friends. They have no idea how stressful that is.

Yeah, not ideal but rates will fall in time and prices on good homes 10 min from the beach will rise.

Because markets won't sustain these rates long term. Optimism for rate cuts is holding things together right now.

If only they’d stop buying expensive iPhones and save a little. My generation got by just fine that way.
