I’m grateful I can actually make it work with my job. I really feel for people trying to live there and buy a home working as teachers, cops, or other service based jobs. As nice as it is, I totally get why there’s a net migration out of California

It's tough to say. Right now inventory is so low that prices keep going higher. Lower rates means expanded supply
