Not buying it. Young couples with any possessions I didn’t have at their age have no right to complain
About housing prices, student debt or inflation. I don’t buy all this “the world has changed” talk, if my generation got by on AM radios, 15” TVs and landlines today’s young families can too, and unless they do I’m not interested in their grumbling about unaffordable housing. No more excuses.

Yeah, not ideal but rates will fall in time and prices on good homes 10 min from the beach will rise.

Because markets won't sustain these rates long term. Optimism for rate cuts is holding things together right now.
