BYU football did not have the talent to win in the BIG XII this past season. It was pretty obvious that we had several positions that were lacking in talent and others that had very little or no depth. Coaches coach and players play. Usually the teams with better players win. Do you seriously think Kevin Young could compete in the BIG XII with BYU's talent of the past several years. Do whatever you have to do to bring in better talent.
