changes to his approach now. The status quo on how he operates the program is not going to cut it. BYU is not a talented enough team to overcome the same mistakes over and over and win at a high rate.
I, for one, am really losing my patience with him when it comes to the lack of preparation and effort in several games. There are way too many games where it looks to me like they didn't practice all week and just showed up thinking they'd win. That can't happen anymore. I think improving and cleaning up the details of not beating themselves this season is more important than the win-loss record though I'm sure if they do improve those things then the win-less record will be better.
