Needle in a positive direction.

The lesson that you should learn from our basketball program is how big of an impact the head coach has on the program

The coaches vision and leadership are essential in getting results.

Kalani just doesn’t have it. He’s a guy that will win some games but he just doesn’t have the vision or leadership that it takes to significantly improve an average program
