I think he means how hard he works during school. It is a energy intensive all

hands on deck job every single day. There's a reason over half leave within the first few years. Most jobs are not that way. It requires your best basically every second of the day when you have your kids which can be absolutely exhausting.

My wife knows every year the first week of school to just let me take a nap when I get home. The energy levels take about a week or so for me to get adjusted to.
