and lands a string of NFL-caliber QB's that don't have to follow the honor code, they can have six consecutive years ranked.

Yes, I agree.

Since that is an extraordinarily exceptional set of circumstances -- some of which are not possible in the current BYU environment -- I think this expectation year in and year out is beyond silly.
