Run26 has stated that his expectation is for BYU to be a top 20 team. This would be truly great considering the landscape of college football and current recruiting classes. Is it reasonable to expect BYU to be a perennial top 20 team?

They have to be in order to maintain any sort of relevance.

BYU has 12 AP top 20 finishes (17 top 25) ever. ~25% are under Bronco.
