OR whoever coaches at BYU needs to be a solid recruiter despite difficult constraints who consistently turns average recruiting classes into top quartile teams through elite player development processes.

It's like BYU fans forget that the other 120 FBS teams are also trying to win. We're not playing a season on X-Box or something; this is a zero-sum game and about half of those teams have stacked advantages relative to us. But somehow we should break the top-20 60% of the time???
