Management makes decision based on success, not knowing more than the current leader of a team or division (they may or may not). Holmoe admitted he failed as a coach. Maybe he knows more about coaching than Kalani, maybe not.
Yormark has not been an AD, but he sure knows how to lead them.
People calling for Kalani to be fired are not sending Holmoe their resumes.
Knowing football is not all that makes one a good coach and not knowing football does not mean you do not know what success vs unsuccessful looks like.
If Kalani can get us back on track, great. If not, next man up. We are currently not on track and I hope I am proven wrong, but indicators are not great that we are getting close to being on track
