Oh I see. Looks like he is a coach and does other stipend work. If you can get enough of those, it can add up fast.

Subs in my district make between $20-21/hour. That's still a couple of bucks an hour above the fast food joints.

I can't speak for all districts, but my wife teaches in Nebo and the starting pay has definitely gotten better through
