No, with recruiting rankings in the 60's and outside the P5
Frankly it isn't reasonable to have this expectation at the moment on a per year average basis. Recruiting and player development would have to continue to increase quite a bit .

HOWEVER - every fan should aspire and hope for this to happen. This is BYU's goal and Bronco believes that this is where the team is headed and should be striving for. To be ranked consistently in the top 25 would mean that player development, performance on the field and coaching are raising the relative performance approximately 30 places vs recruiting baselines on a yearly average basis. At the moment, to me, expecting that to magically happen and saying the program is a failure when it doesn't is absolutely unreasonable.
