manifested were actually good solid inner core traits possessed by the likes of Warren Buffet. You can't teach a frugality and responsibility core (compare contrast to the porno kid.) You can take such a person and help them understand the expectations, and bring them up to speed. In my opinion I'd rather take a solid late bloomer than a cocky hotshot.
