1) in practice he must make that stupid fade route over and over, which gives ARod hope he can do it in the game. The problem is less his pass and more the play route design, the WR needs to first break inside and then to the corner, the DB needs to be forced to break inside so the fade works without him between the receiver and the ball.
Texas ran that play the RIGHT way for the corner fade, Golden broke inside the second he hit the goal line, faked and went to the corner, which got seperation, and the defender out of position to intercept.
So, fix the play, or fix the throw, but that is a very difficult throw because you can't account for the DBs ability to jump.
2) this is more important, more and more of his INTs have come on 1st or 2nd downs, and he forces the throw even though he has 2-3 downs left. This is a mental thing, knowing you can come back and play again if you throw it away.
