to be honest i think your using your past experiences with
mormon kids to pre judge them and that gives you a bad attitude going in. I am not saying that all mormon kids are great and noble, and that this kid wasnt a jerk, but if you go into the interview not liking him no matter how he acts your going to find faults with him and not hire him.
