I'm LDS and wouldnt hire him based on what you describ ed
His responses would be enough for me not to hire him --- but I certainly would hope, and say, that his attitude isn't a prevailing Mormon attitude.
But in a business I run, where I do care how employees look, dress, and act, his response would have probably been enough for me to move him to the "do not hire" list unless he just was great in other areas and I thought that the other attitude could be rectified.
