he recruits BYU, and even though he got his MBA from BYU, he says in his experience the 2 BYU grads he's hired were underwhelming and didn't stay for very long. he's stepped back from getting involved in hiring. these aren't run of the mill jobs/careers...bonuses in his company for many employees are in the 6 figure range. it's expected if you land one of these jobs that these types of bonuses are standard.
he never goes to work without his expensive suit, shoes, watch and for him, cuff links. he has a personal tailor and gets his suits custom made. it's like a religion to these people.
