First of all I always wear a suit to an interview unless I..
am told otherwise and then I still wear nice slacks and a button down and sometimes a jacket. (Business casual back east is jacket out west it is no jacket)

I have 5 suits that very in price from $150 to $500. There is a difference but I don't think even an aspiring lawyer out of law school needs a $1,000 suit.

You also need to be polite and not antagonistic in an interview, sure way not to get the job.

I don't know the current prevailing attitude but when I was in my twenties (twenty years ago) I would have not acted nor would I now act that way.

He was probably a dairy Ute. Just see if there was cow manure on his shoes
