tech on the assistant coach. Obviously BYU got shafted more than Wisconsin in total though

The conspiracy theories are hilarious. People so badly want this to be some sort of big underground betting ring scandal when in reality the obvious explanation here is that reffing is a very hard job and these specific refs are just not great at their jobs.
