Sounds like a sarcastic question, but

I'm trying to avoid going into specific examples from personal experience (like how DEI works on paper vs in practice) since I'll get flagged for wrong category.

Sorry if it sounds like I'm just dropping cool phrases that are supposed to be authoritative. My point is that it seems like a common phenomenon that happens in pretty much any job.
