If the cartel is willing to exploit girls and women for $ , then why on earth wouldn't they make some easy $ getting into the sports betting world owning some refs. The mafia did it. The cartel is mafia 2.0. They have to be doing it. They are far more organized and $ savy than the old days when it was just about drugs.
