Who is the "cow town?" Madison Wisconsin is just as much of a cow town as Provo. Salt Lake City is listed as the 28th largest media market, Milwaukee is #38. Wisconsin has a somewhat bigger brand nationally but it's not like they are Ohio State or something, and if you consider BYU's connection to the church, you could make a case that the NCAA benefits more from having BYU advance.
