Performance and NIL are the same. The big schools aren't paying big NIL money to guys who aren't good.
I just pulled up Oklahoma State because I used them as an example. They have three starters transferring to SEC schools, with several other highly rated transfers undecided:
Kendal Daniels LB (Oklahoma)
De'Zhaun Stribling WR (Ole Miss)
Hudson Kaak P (Auburn)
This is just the one school I picked. It's happening this year, it's been happening for years.

I honestly don't care what the transfers are rated at, but 247 lost ALL credibility when they rated high 5 star recruits
