nearly all transfers are downgraded, especially if they’ve served a mission.
Tanuvasa is nearly 6 years out from high school. There are guys who are in the league younger than him (like Kingsley). Most of the time, if someone hasn’t gotten drafted yet at that age, they never will ( never that he’s served a mission). It has nothing to do with where he’s going.

I honestly don't care what the transfers are rated at, but 247 lost ALL credibility when they rated high 5 star recruits
