Akana has been at Texas for two years and hasn’t even really played at all
does that seem like someone on the path to the NFL? can you keep someone rated in the 90s that hasn’t done anything in two years?
it would make sense that players that are transferring for playing time would be downgraded since they haven’t contributed much to their teams. Rating of 86 and above means you have the ability of a P4 level starter. that seems to make sense to me.

I honestly don't care what the transfers are rated at, but 247 lost ALL credibility when they rated high 5 star recruits
