10 conferences, 30 divisions

4 divisions per p5, 2 divisions per g5

Cfp commissioners office sets all conference schedules

Pre season games can be 1 fcs and then 2 marquee cross conference games with player payouts.

P5 has 4 divisions of 4 teams, g5 has 2 divisions of 5 teams.

P5 has a 4 team playoff consisting of division champs, g5 has ccg from division champs.

All conference champs get in

Bottom 4 teams play round 1 to set an 8 team bracket

Essentially you start with 30 teams in the divisional rounds
