We've had enough of committees and computers deciding who "deserves" to be in.
To the greatest extent possible it should be decided on the field by simple, non-hypothetical game results. If you win your conference, you should be in. Period.
College football is the only sport that disrespects that simple principle and pretends it's special enough to not apply it. It's not even a question anywhere else.
