Unrepresented buyer, they are usually offered a very small fee to cover their time. And we will pay it in behalf of the buyer simply because we would rather work with another agent in most cases, then an unrepresented buyer who may or may not be aware of how it all works.

That being said, we’ve also worked with unrepresented buyers who knew what they were doing, and it was fine.
