I should add that I've purchased a home without a buyers agent and sold homes

without a sellers agent. Dealing with the agents can be the worst part. Wish I had a quarter for every time I got a snark or offer to be represented. We actually had an agent in our ward that was upset with my wife that sold our home on our own. It's amazing.
