Good to me is any type of regular exercise (walking, hiking, biking, gym, etc) and trying to eat healthy (proteins, fruit, veggies, real food, etc), even having a “normal” body type and understanding that being the size of a swimsuit model is unrealistic expectation for everyone
Poor to me is doing NO exercise or physical activity, endless sugars, carbs, soda, cold cereal, but being skinny on an injection, making fun of other fat people & increase in depression meds
