I do as well. But the they lose fat mass as well and that makes them healthier.
I've literally said multiple times in this and other multiple threads on cougarboard that people on glp1's should lift weights, eat protein(100g per day), drink tons of water, and get 30 grams of fiber.

but good (which is weight loss without muscle building) shouldn't be an enemy of perfect (weight loss with muscle building) and vice versa, and you keep making it so.

You should be happy for them.
