I'll be interested in long-term effects
1. Ozempic removes a lot of muscle. With drastically removing those muscles, how mobile will I be in 10 years from now? Can I hike, bike, walk like normal? Climb stairs? Stamina? How does this effect my lifestyle?

2. Gastro/Digestion. All of my family have digestive problems from Ozempic, especially diarrehea. I'm not doctor, but I'm sure constant diarrehea is not good for long term digestion & bowls health

3. My observation is Ozempic gives its patients the green light to eat anything. No more need to eat fruits & veggies & proteins. Don't think these habits are good long term

4. Psychological. This one is a trade off. On the one hand, I think patients may feel better losing weight they've tried to lose for many years. However, because you lose weight so quickly on Ozempic, there is no need to exercise. Personally, I think the psychological benefits of exercise are better than the physical ones. The gym helps me purge out stress and pressure from work, build confidence, do hard things, etc. All my siblings on Ozempic don't exercise anymore and binge watch Netflix. I think long-term these are not good habits to build, and think there will mental health effects.
