Ozempic doesn't remove muscle, weight loss removes muscle.
1. There isn't anything magical about the drug that targets muscle.

2. From a colorectal cancer point of view, this is probably way better than being plugged up with ultraprocessed foods.

3. This is wrong. From the manufacturers of glp-1's, you should be eating a very healthy, well balanced diet. The aim should be 100g+ of protein and 20 grams of fiber.

4. A host of people using glp-1's are needing less meds for anxiety, depression. There is evidence it helps in substance control as well, especially alcohol consumption. Most studies are pending on this.
