He says "I encourage them to participate in strength training and increase their protein intake to better preserve their muscle mass."

I'm sure he does, but I don't think his patients are following that advice.

Best case scenario: Someone gets on Ozempic to lose those pesky 30 pounds that they haven't been able to lose for years, and while on it, they lift weights at the gym and increase protein intake. However, my observation is that people on Ozempic lose the motivation to increase protein intake and regular exercise, because they are already at their ideal weight, and so they think why bother?

Maybe the 10 people I know are anomalies, I'm simply station my observation.
