That is very true about substance abuse
It makes me very thankful for the word of wisdom because I know if I touched alcohol, I could very easily become an alcoholic.
Lots of people I know with ADHD have a caffeine addiction, as do I to some degree but I'm a lot better about it now because I try to avoid taking too much caffeine when I take my meds.
