This can be a very polarizing topic so be prepared for strong opinions

I will say your son and my son sound very similar. My son started taking medication for ADHD around 9 and his ability to focus and do well in school changed overnight.

I didn’t notice any personality changes. However, I did notice change in appetite (eats less in the morning/lunch, binge at night) and sometimes he has trouble sleeping at night.
