My sleep has gotten better since I started (the sleep scores which were 50-60 are now 70-80) I'm about 2 weeks into it myself and this is stacked on top of TRT (Test Cyp and HCG prescribed by my PCP in Feb).
Lifting had become next to impossible for me due to my lack of recovery. My Test levels were so low naturally (genetics + being overweight) that it was impossible to recover from a workout/make or maintain gains.
I can now hit the gym 6 days a week and I'm lifting hitting weight levels I was doing in my early 20's. When I started in March, 95 lbs on the bench was a struggle and I was recently able to do 205 for 6 reps. Not huge numbers for many but pretty big for me.
