Tips for managing tendon pain for middle aged weight lifting?
So I've not lifted heavy for years due to tendinitis and other joint pain. My muscles handle heavy weight fine, but as I'm lifting I feel like my tendons in the elbow and shoulders are going to pop.

If I push through and lift anyway, I'll have aches in the joints for days. I know lifting heavy is important, but I'm not sure how to manage it anymore.
