Re-read the post.... I didn't make any claims about his skills in the technical aspects of coaching. Only true
insiders that have the full picture will no. It is very easy to see and have others verify his ability to influence players and earn their respect etc.
As far as technical aspects, OCs and the assistants MUST be on the same page to develop plays and techniques that fit the style and scheme. If an OC is unable to communicate effectively or even have a great scheme all the skills in the world from assistant coaches won't overcome those weaknesses.
