I've gotten to know several coaches and there is not a better man among them than Steve Clark. Steve is the definition of a players coach. And it's not just character and personality, he's also a great position coach.

Steve also has a quirky sense of humor. One day walking out of practice in the IPF as soccer players streamed in he said, "Dumb game. You can't touch the ball with your hands."

Being fired, released in favor of someone else's preferred favorite, moving the family from city to city... It's just the job. One thing I believe is that Steve will do everything he can to keep his guys at BYU because he's loyal and blue to the core. I hope we soon find Steve doing something else at BYU. He's just someone you would want to keep around.
