Whichever allows the man to maximize his time with his wife and children because
what our title and profession is is not nearly as neat as the time spent with our loved ones.
I know of plenty people who pride themselves for how much they work and how much they make, not surprisingly the majority of these people have severely damaged relationships with those who are supposed to matter most. But hey, as long as you can boast about how many hours you work I guess that’s impressive?
